In using an Intermedia trademark, name, logo or screenshot ("Intermedia Brand Materials"), you acknowledge that Intermedia is the sole owner of the Intermedia Brand Materials and that you will not interfere with Intermedia’s rights regarding the Intermedia Brand Materials.
Do not use Intermedia Brand Materials in any way that (a) harms or misuses the Intermedia Brand Materials in any way; (b) harms or disparages Intermedia in any way; (c) may be confusing or misleading; or (d) suggests Intermedia’s sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation. Any such use of Intermedia Brand Materials is prohibited, unless expressly authorized.
Intermedia Brand Materials may generally be used for educational and instructional purposes (including guides, websites, publications and conference presentations), so long as such use complies with the preceding two paragraphs. |
Guidelines
Applicable to Use of the Intermedia Logo |
You may not edit the Intermedia logo without Intermedia’s express written permission.
As a general rule, you should not use the Intermedia logo on products, product packaging, manuals or for other commercial or product use without a license from Intermedia authorizing such use, except as permitted under the limited circumstances described below. Any unlicensed use that falls outside of these circumstances is strictly prohibited.
You may use the Intermedia logo without a license in advertising, marketing collateral, or a website only in the context of:
- A factual statement that accurately and positively references your connection with Intermedia (e.g., the material states that you are an authorized distributor or reseller of Intermedia products); or
- A statement that your products or services are accessible through, or are integrated or compatible with, Intermedia’s offerings.

| Right to Terminate Usage; Reports of Misuse |
Intermedia reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to display any of the Intermedia Brand Materials and may request that third parties modify or delete any use of the Intermedia Brand Materials that, in Intermedia’s sole judgment, does not comply with these guidelines or might otherwise impair Intermedia’s rights in such materials. Intermedia further reserves the right to object to unfair uses or misuses of its trademarks or other violations of applicable law.
