Intermedia's Unite Archiving solution automatically captures and archives voice calls, SMS, and chats. Channels for backup include:

• Voice: call logs, phone call recordings, voicemails recordings, voicemail transcriptions.
• Chat: team and customer chat messages, attachments, reactions/ 'likes', GIFs, images, emojis, etc.
• SMS: SMS messages and images.
• Meetings: meeting logs, recordings, public chat and notes.

Intermedia Archiving retention periods are flexible, and customers can choose retention lengths for up to 10 years depending on the organization's needs and any relevant regulatory requirements.
