Commonly Asked Microsoft Copilot Questions
Commercial customers with the following base SKUs will be able to purchase the Copilot for Microsoft 365 add-on SKU from Intermedia:
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard/Business Premium
- Office 365 E3/E5
- Microsoft 365 E3/E5
Customers must have a product license of one of the prerequisite base SKUs for each seat of Copilot for Microsoft 365 they purchase.
At this time, Microsoft Copilot licenses can only be procured as part of an annual subscription. Copilot will be provisioned only through NCE Annual licenses, requiring an annual commitment with monthly payments.
