Intermedia partners using ConnectWise business management software produce nearly 50 percent more in monthly recurring revenue than those who don’t

Integration features and benefits
Intermedia’s existing integration allows partners to manually export SKUs, billing/invoicing and products into the ConnectWise system. Now, in addition to partners controlling their own pricing, bundling, branding and customer relationships under Intermedia’s Private Label Reseller (PLR) model, the new integrations introduce the following enhancements:
- Quick and easy integration within a streamlined interface, taking an average of just 5-15 minutes to complete
- Mapping of end-user accounts between Intermedia’s Partner Portal and ConnectWise
- Exporting of user lists with enabled services; the CSV file for every end-user account is automatically synced in ConnectWise
- Automatic daily data exports set up
- Issuing of regular end-user communications
