Intermedia, a leading one-stop shop for cloud IT services, announced today that President Michael Gold has been promoted to CEO and that Chairman and CEO Phil Koen has transitioned to Executive Chairman.
Koen and Gold joined Intermedia in 2011 as CEO and President, respectively, as part of the company's acquisition by majority owner Oak Hill Capital Partners. Under their leadership, Intermedia has transformed into a one-stop shop for essential cloud IT services. In the process, the company’s business and operations have grown dramatically, with an expanded partner distribution channel, broadened product portfolio, and international presence.
