This “50% Off Intermedia Unite Archiving” promotion (this “Promotion”) will be effective from 12:01 a.m. Pacific time on September 5, 2023 to 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on January 23, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
Under this Promotion, Eligible Customers (as defined below) that purchase Intermedia Unite Archiving (the “Archiving Service”) for the first time during the Promotion Period are eligible to receive 50% off Intermedia’s standard retail pricing on the following Intermedia Unite Archiving plans:
- Archiving: 3 Year Retention
- Archiving: 7 Year Retention
- Archiving: 10 Year Retention
For purposes of this Promotion, the term “Eligible Customers” means, collectively, (a) any customer that purchases and provisions the Archiving Service for the first time during the Promotion Period (i.e. prior to such purchase, such customer has never purchased the Archiving Service) and (b) any customer that purchased the Archiving Service for the first time prior to the Promotion Period but, as of the start of the Promotion Period, has not provisioned the Archiving Service for any of the users on the applicable account. Customers that terminate the Archiving Service during the Promotion Period and then repurchase (or attempt to repurchase) the Archiving Service will not be included as “Eligible Customers” and will not be permitted to participate in this Promotion.
The promotional pricing will remain in effect for the life of the selected Unite Archiving retention plan (i.e., for as long as the applicable customer continues to purchase such plan), subject to the following exceptions:
- If the customer changes their selected Unite Archiving retention plan (for example, if a customer initially selects a 7 Year Retention plan during the Promotion Period, and then later switches to a 3 Year Retention plan), the customer will no longer be eligible to receive the discounted pricing provided under this Promotion.
- If the customer ceases to be in good standing with Intermedia, violates any relevant Intermedia agreements or policies, or is past due on any obligations to Intermedia, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive the discounted pricing provided under this Promotion.
Intermedia reserves the right to (a) modify these terms and conditions and/or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice and (b) interpret these terms and conditions (including the eligibility of any customer transaction for this Promotion) in its sole and absolute discretion.
