From 12:01 a.m. Pacific time on April 23, 2023, through 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on June 30, 2024, Intermedia customers shall be eligible to participate in a free promotional offer that includes either (a) an instant rebate or (b) one free phone or device (“Device”) per purchased user license of the following Intermedia Unite plans:
Unite Pro and Enterprise:
- $85 instant rebate (Gold) on any Device in the table below,
- Yealink T34W Desk Phone,
- Unite X303W Desk Phone,
- Yealink T33G Desk Phone, or
- Yealink WH62 Mono Headset for Contact Center Pro or Elite agents.
Unite Essentials and Unite With Teams:
- $40 instant rebate (Silver) on any Device referenced in the table below.
The instant rebate promotional offer reduces the price of any Device referenced in the table below by $40 or $85, depending on the Intermedia Unite plan purchased.
Cancellation within one year (except for within Intermedia’s 30-day money-back guarantee period) will result in paying the pro-rated value of the phone. For example, if the value of the phone is $120 BEFORE the instant rebate and the cancellation comes after 11 months, the customer owes 1/12 of $120, or $10.
Free Device promotional offer includes one of the Devices referenced above per purchased user of Intermedia Unite service. Cancellation within one year (except for within Intermedia’s 30-day money-back guarantee period) will result in paying the pro-rated value of the phone. For example, if the value of the phone is $120 and the cancellation comes after 11 months, the customer owes 1/12 of $120, or $10.
For cancellations within Intermedia’s 30-day money-back guarantee period, the customer will have the option of:
- keeping the free Device and paying Intermedia the pro-rated value of the free Device,
- keeping the Device and paying Intermedia the pro-rated value of the instant rebate applied to the Device,
- returning the phone to Intermedia in its original condition without being charged for the phone, or
- returning the headset to Intermedia in its original and unopened condition without being charged for the headset.*
This offer does not apply to certain sales or sub-channels. Intermedia reserves the right to terminate or amend the terms of this offer at any time. Intermedia further reserves the right to interpret the terms of this offer and resolve any dispute in accordance therewith, in each case in Intermedia’s sole discretion.
This offer will expire on June 30, 2024.

* Effective June 1, 2023, headsets must be returned to Intermedia in their original and unopened condition in order to receive full credit. Any headsets that have been opened will not be accepted and shall be subject to Section (b).
