Stimulus SPIFF for Unite and Contact Center Express Services

Terms and Conditions

 

This sales performance incentive funds program (this “Program”) starts at 12:01 a.m. Pacific time on June 2, 2020 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on November 1, 2020 (the “Program Period”).  This Program is funded by Intermedia.net, Inc. (“Intermedia”) and is only available to Intermedia partners.  Subject to the restrictions and limitations set forth herein, Intermedia partners will be eligible to receive a reward in the form of a check (“SPIFF”) for New Unite Deals or Contact Center Express Deals sold under Intermedia’s partner model during the Program Period:

  • For any New Unite or Contact Center Express Deal of 10-24 users/licenses, a payment of $150;
  • For any New Unite or Contact Center Express Deal of 25-49 users/licenses, a payment of $250;
  • For any New Unite or Contact Center Express Deal of 50-99 users/licenses, a payment of $500; and
  • For any New Unite or Contact Center Express Deal of 100 (+) users/licenses, a payment of $1000.

For any New Unite Deal, a partner shall only qualify for a SPIFF if (a) the partner completes the Intermedia Unite Certification Process as defined below; (b) the deal has been submitted to Intermedia through the Partner Portal and identified using following promotional code: STIM; (c) the deal includes the sale of at least one (1) Yealink phone offered by Intermedia; (d) the deal closes during the Program Period; and (e) the new Unite service has been provisioned and activated for the applicable end user’s account (e.g. a phone number is assigned to the end customer). 

For any Contact Center Express Deal, a partner shall only qualify for a SPIFF if (a)  the deal has been submitted to Intermedia through the Partner Portal and identified using following promotional code: STIM; (b) the deal includes the sale of at least one (1) Yealink phone offered by Intermedia; (c) the deal closes during the Program Period; and (d) the new Contact Center Express service has been provisioned and activated for the applicable end user’s account (e.g. a phone number is assigned to the end customer). 

Eligible partners will generally be paid thirty (30) days after the calendar month following the provision and activation of services on the applicable end user’s account.

Intermedia Unite Certification Process:  Log into the Intermedia Partner Portal, click on “Intermedia University,” and complete the Learning Plan for the Unite Certification program: Unite Sales Certification for Private Label Resellers or Advisors.

A “New Unite Deal” or “Contact Center Express Deal” is defined for purposes of this Program as the deployment of an Intermedia Unite or Contact Center Express service added during the Program Period for either (a) a new Intermedia end customer account (i.e., a new subaccount) or (b) an existing Intermedia end customer account, but only if that account has not previously been a customer (directly or indirectly) of Intermedia’s Unite or Contact Center Express services.  For purposes of clarification, each New Unite Deal or Contact Center Express refers to only one end customer account and the number of Unite and/or Contact Center Express users/licenses purchased by that one account during the initial order (i.e., the initial booking) of the New Unite or Contact Center Express Deal (e.g. additional users/licenses added to the account after the initial order will not count towards the number account); multiple end customer accounts cannot be combined to reach the seat thresholds listed above (e.g., a customer account that adds 20 Unite and/or Contact Center Express users/licenses to an account would be entitled to one SPIFF payment, but two end customer accounts of 5 Unite and/or Contact Center Express users/licenses each would not qualify for a payment under this Program).

To be eligible, partner must remain in good standing and must not be in violation of any relevant Intermedia agreements or policies or be past due on any obligations to Intermedia.  This Program may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, Intermedia’s Not-for-Resale Program, or special pricing other than Intermedia’s “one free desk phone with each new phone line” promotion (if applicable).  Distributors are not eligible for this Program.  Intermedia reserves the right to terminate or amend the terms of this Program at any time.  Intermedia shall interpret the terms of this contest and resolve any dispute in accordance therewith, in each case in Intermedia’s sole discretion.
