  • Voice: call logs, phone call recordings, voicemail recordings, voicemail transcriptions.
  • Chat: team and customer chat messages, attachments, reactions/ 'likes', GIFs, images, emojis, etc.
  • SMS: SMS messages and images.
  • Meetings: meeting logs, recordings, public chat and notes.
  • Intermedia also offers email archiving capabilities

Intermedia Archiving retention periods are flexible, and customers can choose retention lengths for up to 10 years depending on the organization’s needs and any relevant regulatory requirements. Intermedia offers subscription packages of 1, 3, 7 and 10-year data retention periods depending on their use cases (compliance, legal and productivity archiving) and regulatory requirements (e.g., legal, healthcare, financial services).
