With its new pricing plans, Intermedia offers a vast range of fully integrated business applications with just one bill, one provider, one control panel and one source of support

2014-05-15

Intermedia, the world’s largest single provider for cloud IT services and business applications, today announced new pricing plans that offer channel partners and direct customers the widest variety of integrated services available from a single provider.

Intermedia’s new Office in the Cloud pricing plans bundle email, voice, file sync and share, single sign-on, collaboration, security, archiving and more. Plans range in price from $3.99 to $99.99, with bundled discounts of up to 60 percent off the price of the individual services purchased a la carte.

For the first time, every Office in the Cloud plan includes voice, file sync and share, and identity and access management services.

No other provider delivers this breadth or depth

Delivering services to more than 60,000 customers, 1,000,000 users and 5,000 active partners, Intermedia’s Office in the Cloud offers a number of services that neither Microsoft Office 365, Google Apps nor any other provider offer. This includes hosted Exchange (of which Intermedia is the largest independent provider) as well as Intermedia’s three marquee proprietary services:

All Intermedia’s services are fully integrated, secure, mobile-ready, and managed through HostPilot: a single point of control over users, devices, and settings across all services.

Each plan includes a 99.999 percent uptime SLA, white-glove setup, and expert email migration from Intermedia’s Cloud Concierge™ at no additional charge. The majority of plans also include 24/7 phone support, with calls answered in less than 60 seconds.

Benefits to channel partners and direct customers

For channel partners, Intermedia’s new plans offer more tools to increase revenue and better serve their customers. The plans provide clear value and differentiation that enable partners to attract a wider range of prospects, cross-sell additional services, and easily upsell existing customers to higher-margin plans. Unlike plans from Office 365, Google Apps and other providers, Intermedia partners control billing, branding and every other aspect of their customer relationships.

Direct customers find just as much to like in the Office in the Cloud plans. “Intermedia allows us to expand our cloud without adding management overhead,” says Don Judson, founding partner at OpenSky, an IT consulting company and Intermedia customer. “We recently deployed Intermedia’s Email Archiving for our 200 users, and it couldn’t have been easier to get started. It literally took a few clicks. We’re currently considering Intermedia’s AppID service for single sign-on and identity management. Intermedia’s comprehensive and integrated service offerings allow us to deploy robust IT services while managing our capital investment.”

Celebrating National Small Business Week with new plans that help SMBs compete

It’s only fitting that Intermedia announces its new plans and pricing during National Small Business Week (May 12th through 16th), which celebrates the unique role small businesses play in innovation and job creation. Small businesses are leveraging the cloud for IT capabilities that match Fortune 500 companies—but the more cloud apps a company deploys, the more challenges it faces around integration, security, mobility and administration.

Intermedia solves these problems by offering SMBs a one-stop shop for cloud IT. Intermedia’s new Office in the Cloud plans deliver the widest range of integrated services with just one bill, one control panel, one password and one source of support—allowing SMBs to level the IT playing field and compete with any company.

“Office in the Cloud offers small and medium-sized businesses the widest variety of integrated services delivered by any provider,” says Michael Gold, President of Intermedia. “We’re excited to celebrate National Small Business Week by unveiling our new plans, which enable SMB customers to easily deploy large-company IT services at a very attractive price. Our Office in the Cloud plans include business-grade email, file sync and share, voice and identity management services—all with an incredibly high level of support, reliability and security. We’re proud to provide critical cloud services to our fast-growing base of 60,000 small and medium-sized business and their more than 1,000,000 users.”
