Former CFO of Citrix Online Services Joins Cloud Service Provider’s Senior Management Team

Intermedia, a global leader in cloud services and the world’s largest Microsoft Exchange hosting provider, announced today that Scott Allen, a 25-year seasoned financial executive, formerly of Citrix Online Services, has joined the company as chief financial officer. As a member of the senior management team, Mr. Allen brings expertise in corporate finance, business development and operations to the cloud services and hosted Exchange company.
Most recently, Allen held the role of VP finance & operations at Citrix Online Services – a division of Citrix Systems, Inc and provider of secure, easy-to-use cloud-based collaboration services such as GoToMeeting® and GoToMyPC®. While there, Allen was responsible for driving the overall business model while assisting the company in tripling its revenue over a five year period. Additionally, he was heavily involved in the online division’s acquisition strategy. Allen also held various business unit CFO and controller roles at ADP, one of the world's largest providers of business outsourcing solutions.
Based in Intermedia’s Sunnyvale, CA office, Allen has global responsibility for all financial functions including general accounting, financial planning and analysis, customer billing, treasury, tax, legal and the development of internal IT systems and business processes.
In additional news, Intermedia also named a new head of human resources. Elizabeth Mye recently joined the company as VP, human resources. She comes to Intermedia from NetSuite, the industry’s leading provider of cloud-based financials and ERP software suites, where she oversaw human resources for North America. Mye brings with her 20 years of human resource management experience in the technology, IT consulting, healthcare, manufacturing and consumer products industries. In her role, Mye has global responsibilities for HR services including staffing, compensation and benefits, training and overall employee relations. She is based in Sunnyvale, CA.
