Intermedia, the world’s largest one-stop shop for cloud IT services and business applications for SMBs and the partners that serve them, announces four significant enhancements to its already industry leading partner program. These enhancements include:
- Increased Advisor commissions (for the second time in 4 months!)
- Intermedia is adding a generous one-time commission of 2X Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) on all data services sold by Advisors
- For a special introductory period, this data commission will be increased to 3X MRR
- This comes on top of the existing recurring monthly commissions for Advisors
- Extended Not-For-Resale (NFR) program to Advisors with new services added
- Intermedia has opened its NFR program to Advisors in addition to Private Label partners
- Intermedia is also making more services available under this program
- Some services—such as SecuriSync and Intermedia AppID—are free for partners
- One month free for ALL new customer accounts on Private Label deals! (For a limited time only)
- A company-wide “no-compete” pledge backed by more stringent policies
Intermedia also announces plans to develop a new referral model for partnerships and a lead exchange program to drive more business to qualified partners. Specific details about all these enhancements and programs can be found on Intermedia’s blog.

In its latest State of the Channel Study, CompTIA identified the top factors that partners found dissatisfying in any provider’s partner program. These include channel conflict, cost of membership and four other pain points.
