Four months after expanding its hosted Exchange reseller partner program to Latin America, Intermedia - the world's largest Microsoft Exchange hosting service - announced today that it signed several key private label partners and affiliates in the region, including Solosoft - the Bogota, Columbia-based systems integrator - and Soto Networks, a managed service provider based in Venezuela. Soto Networks immediately posted a 1,000-seat hosted Exchange account.

"There has been a need for hosted services in our region for some time - and Intermedia, with their launch here in July - helped fill that void," says Gustavo Franco, marketing manager, Solosoft. "Our customers can now add hosted Exchange for a simple monthly fee, without having to pay the high upfront hardware costs and maintenance. Partnering with Intermedia was the right choice for us as a business - they offer the high reliability and security we want for our clients. We are able to retain full customer ownership and at the same time have the backing of an established leader in the hosted Exchange industry."

By working with Intermedia, Solosoft and other leading IT providers in Latin America can offer their customers Intermedia's suite of hosted services including:

By becoming hosted Exchange resellers, Intermedia private label partners generate recurring revenue from existing and new customers with high margin Exchange hosting services - all under their own brand - while Intermedia maintains, monitors and upgrades all hardware and software. Intermedia affiliates resell Intermedia services directly and earn commission on referrals who sign up.

"Intermedia's experts provide the necessary resources - from sales support to proprietary migration and password synchronization tools," says Leonardo Soto, founder of Soto Networks - the company behind the 1,000-seat hosted Exchange account in Venezuela. "Their track record for making partners successful is why Intermedia is the premier presence in the industry."

As part of its Partner Success Toolkit, Intermedia provides an end-user control panel in Spanish. Intermedia also offers Outlook 2007 in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and 14 other languages.
