To verify that Intermedia demonstrates strong cyberseucrity governance, risk management, and inceidient-reponse capabilities aligned with ciritical-infrastructure standards, as well as the resilience testing and operational continuity required by financial services environments, we engaged Schellman & Company, LLC to audit our platform and solutions against the control objectives defined by the European Union's Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), Regulation (EU) 2022/2554, and Directive 2022/2555 for Network and Information Security (NIS2).
