The instant rebate promotional offer reduces the price of any Device referenced in the table below by $40 or $85, depending on the Intermedia plan purchased.
Free Device promotional offer includes one of the Devices referenced above per purchased user of Intermedia Unite service. Cancellation within one year (except for within Intermedia’s 30-day money-back guarantee period) will result in paying the pro-rated value of the phone. For example, if the value of the phone is $120 BEFORE the instant rebate and the cancellation comes after 11 months, the customer owes 1/12 of $120, or $10.
For cancellations within Intermedia’s 30-day money-back guarantee period, the partner or customer will have the option of:
- keeping the free Device and paying Intermedia the full value of the free Device,
- keeping the Device and paying Intermedia the full value of the instant rebate applied to the Device,
- returning the phone to Intermedia in its original condition without being charged for the phone, or
- returning the headset to Intermedia in its original and unopened condition without being charged for the headset.*
This offer does not apply to certain sales or sub-channels. Intermedia reserves the right to terminate or amend the terms of this offer at any time. Intermedia further reserves the right to interpret the terms of this offer and resolve any dispute in accordance therewith, in each case in Intermedia’s sole discretion.
