Through September 30, 2022, for every Intermedia Unite user added to an Eligible Account (defined below), Intermedia customers will receive one (1) month of service credit off of the Exchange Price (defined below) on an Eligible Service for up to the same number of users, as long as the customer continues to subscribe to the corresponding Unite service on the Eligible Account and the Eligible Account remains active and in good standing. For example, if an Eligible Account adds five (5) users of Unite services, such customer will be eligible to receive one (1) month of service credit off the Exchange Price of the Eligible Service for up to 5 current users.
For purposes of this promotion, “Eligible Service” is defined as Exchange Email Plans (e.g. Exchange only plans or bundled plans) referenced in the table below. “Eligible Account” is defined as any account with (3) or more Exchange mailboxes. For clarity, the following plans are not eligible for this promotion: (a) Exchange + Hosted PBX, (b) Exchange + Everything, and (c) Intermedia Hosted PBX.

The promotion only applies to Eligible Services that are 1) registered with an Intermedia Sales Representative in the manner described below, 2) provisioned between 12:01 am Pacific time on April 1, 2022 and 11:59 pm Pacific time on September 30, 2022 (“Promotion Period”) and 3) applied to the customer’s account no later than thirty (30) days after the Promotion Period. Discounts will apply during the first full calendar month of service. The customer will be responsible for payment of the first (partial) month of service (i.e. the month in which the Unite service is first activated on the applicable customer account). This promotion cannot be applied to any Unite Service subscribed to by the applicable customer at any time within the 12 months prior to April 1, 2022 and cannot be combined with any other Intermedia promotions or discounts with the exception of the Free Phones Promotion*.
If at any time, a customer reduces its number of Unite users to less than the number of Exchange Email mailboxes, any Eligible Service provisioned for such customer during the Promotion Period will become chargeable on a go-forward basis at the pre-Promotion Period price (“Exchange Price”).
In order to qualify for this promotion, customers must purchase Unite services with an Intermedia Sales Representative by calling 1.800.379.7729 prior to receiving the promotion on Eligible Services.
To be eligible to participate in this promotion, customers must be in good standing with Intermedia and must not be in violation of any relevant agreements or policies or be past due on any obligations. Intermedia reserves the right to discontinue or change the terms of this promotion at any time. Intermedia further reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these terms and conditions.
* Customers are eligible to receive one free business phone (specific models only) or $75 “Instant Phone Rebate” per Intermedia user account with one year paid service. Prorated value of each phone or rebate must be repaid if --full year of service is not maintained for each account. Shipping fees apply.
