Howell initially came to Intermedia in 2015 looking for a collaborative software that would meet the stringent needs of financial institutions. After implementing Intermedia’s backup and file sharing solution, the relationship expanded to include hosted Exchange servers. Soon after that Digital Agent expanded its suite to include Microsoft® Office 365® and other services.
