Take the pain out of data ingestion for email archiving
Every year, when tax season approaches, I start the tedious process of gathering all the information I need. Which usually entails scouring random drawers, looking in unlabeled envelopes on top of my filing cabinet, and searching for all the places I was sure I wouldn’t forget. Only then can I start the categorization process.
And from what I’ve heard, this process sounds a lot like the way it used to be to ingest data for email archiving.
Archiving historical data just got easier
Intermedia just introduced a new ingestion wizard to automate and streamline the archival process. Using our HostPilot Control Panel, you can now quickly start the identification process and customize your historical data requirements in just three simple steps.
Step 1. Within the archiving set-up page in HostPilot, simply check the “data ingestion” box and choose from three types of data.
Step 2. For Intermedia mailboxes, customize your specific mailboxes or data ranges.
Step 3. Walk through the tour and click “finish”.
The wizard is integrated into the archiving set-up process. Sso if you are new to archiving, you will never know there was another way.
And for those of you who currently have archiving but need to ingest data, the wizard is still available in the archiving summary page of HostPilot.
