Intermedia’s new Invoices feature

We are always working hard to provide you with the best customer experience, and I am happy to announce that starting in August, we’re going to release a new Invoices feature in the control panel that will help you reconcile your Intermedia bills more easily.

For customers, the new Invoices area can be found under Account > Balance & Billing Documents

For partners, there is a new page in the Billing area for invoices and credit memos. (Your end customers won’t see any changes.)

Accessing invoices in the control panel

Starting August, on a monthly basis, you’ll download your invoices under the Billing Documents section in the control panel:

• Credit Card customers/partners, who previously only received a billing statement at the end of the month, will receive invoices
• Customers/partners, who received invoice emails, will continue to receive invoices via email and can download them from the Control Panel.

New invoice template

We’ve also made updates to the invoice template to make the information easier to understand and to include the account statement balance. Check out an example of a new invoice:
