Intermedia Wins 2 Coveted 2018 Stevie Awards
Intermedia has been on quite a roll sweeping up industry service and support awards. The winning streak continues with two Sales & Customer Service Stevie® Awards. Intermedia secured Silver status for both Customer Service Department of the Year and Sales Distinction of the Year.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes seven of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business AwardsSM and International Business Awards®.
More than 2,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.

Sales Distinction of the Year
Rather than focus on the performance of a named sales department, this category recognizes sales-related achievements across the entire company or organization. Similar to the customer service team, Intermedia has built our sales organization around executional excellence. On top of our 360° approach to partner success, we made investments across nearly every sales function to optimize enablement and help partners scale more rapidly. Intermedia also continues to build on top of a core technology platform to address evolving market needs with new offerings such as Intermedia Unite™. As a result, Intermedia had a record-breaking year in 2017 and scaled its channel business at an accelerated rate with more than 80% of sales coming through the channel today – up from 70% at the start of 2017.
