The Intermedia Unite Provisioning Wizard Helps Partners To Be More Profitable
We know that provisioning users on Intermedia UniteTM hasn’t been the easiest process. We’ve listened, and as a result, we created a brand new tool for partners called the Intermedia Unite Provisioning Wizard.
The Wizard will walk you step-by-step through the entire account provisioning process so that you can create fully provisioned, accurate orders quickly and easily – allowing you to concentrate more time on sales, and far less time on administration.
- Turn a quote into an order with an existing quote. Even if you don’t have an existing quote, the Wizard will still help you every step of the way.
- It’s step-by-step. We’ve created numbered tabs to help guide you through the process. It will walk you through setting up customer locations and reserving phone numbers based on the locations you chose. Then you’ll set up your users and assign them to those phone numbers
- It’s fast. You can assign locations, phone numbers, and extensions to users – all in just one screen. The Wizard lets you know if any information is missing so that you can make sure that every user is provisioned correctly.
From the HostPilot main menu, simply click on “Provisioning Wizard” to get started. It’s just above the “Download” links for desktop and mobile apps.
