Free AnyMeeting Pro Promotion for 2020

Terms and Conditions

Promotion: AnyMeeting Pro and Webinar Pro for Partners

From 12:01 a.m. Pacific time on March 17, 2020 through 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on December 31, 2020 (the “Promotional Period”), Intermedia partners (selling under Intermedia’s Reseller or Advisor model, including Intermedia distributors, as well as resellers selling under a distributor) will be eligible to receive, free of charge, for their own business and for each of their end customers, (A) AnyMeeting Pro services (“Pro Plan”) for all new users of such service, and (B) one (1) Webinar Pro license for each company account, in each case  through the end of the Promotional Period (“Promotion”). 

In the spirit of this Promotion (to assist businesses as they transition to increasingly remote working arrangements in response to the recent coronavirus pandemic), partners are highly encouraged to pass this Promotion through to their end customers (i.e., make these services free of charge to the end customer).  This Promotion applies to (a) new partners (and new users of existing partners), for internal partner use, and (b) new end customers of partners (and new users of existing end customers), in each case if they are activating the AnyMeeting services referenced herein during the Promotional Period.  This Promotion does not apply to (i) existing users of existing partners, (ii) existing users of existing end customers, or (iii) partners or end customers who terminate an existing AnyMeeting service during the Promotional Period and then attempt to restart it within the Promotional Period.  AnyMeeting services subscribed to under this Promotion will be free of charge beginning on the date of activation in the Partner Portal.  Under this Promotion, Customer Support availability will be limited to emails only during normal business hours, as well as self-help online support resources.  Phone Support and Live Chat will not be available.

To take advantage of this Promotion, corporate accounts must have a valid credit card on file in the applicable Intermedia administrative account at the time of service activation.  Individual single licenses of AnyMeeting Pro do not require a credit card.  At the end of the Promotional Period, the partner’s first charge for all enabled (i) Pro Plan services and/or (ii) Webinar Pro licenses (including, for resellers, the services enabled for its end customers’ accounts) will occur on the 1st of the calendar month following the end of the Promotional Period (i.e., January 1, 2021) and will include a charge for the full calendar month (i.e., for January 2021).  In the event that, as of the end of the Promotional Period, the partner has not provided Intermedia with valid and complete billing information, (a) the Pro Plan services for the partner and its end customers will automatically be downgraded to a free version of the AnyMeeting service (“Starter Plan”), if one is available at such time, for enabled partner and end customer services, and usage of the Starter Plan will continue at no extra charge to the partner (or, if no free version of the AnyMeeting service is available at such time, all of the partner’s and its end customers’ Pro Plan services will be cancelled as of the end of the Promotional Period); and (b) the Webinar Pro license will be automatically cancelled.  If the partner cancels its account (or its end users’ accounts) or subscription at any time before the end of the Promotional Period, no charges will be applied, and the applicable Pro Plan services and Webinar Pro license issued under this Promotion will end immediately upon such cancellation.  For further information regarding the AnyMeeting service, please refer to the AnyMeeting Product Schedule located at  Note:  For end customers of Intermedia Advisors, such customers are Direct Customers of Intermedia and will be eligible to participate in the promotion according to the Direct Customer promotion terms and conditions, available here.

By participating in this Promotion, each partner acknowledges, agrees, and gives its consent (on behalf of itself and its end customers) that such partner and each end user of such partner’s end customers may be contacted by Intermedia via email for educational, instructional, and informational purposes related to the AnyMeeting services referenced herein.  End users will have the option to unsubscribe from receiving such emails, as required by law.


The following parties are not eligible to participate in this Promotion: (a) Existing AnyMeeting users of existing partners or end customers and (b) partners or end customers that are currently on Intermedia’s dedicated platform.  In addition, certain international customers that are unable to arrange for payment in U.S. Dollars (or any other currency that Intermedia accepts) will be unable to establish an account and participate in this Promotion.    


To be eligible, partners and end customers must be in good standing with Intermedia and must not be in violation of any relevant agreements or policies or be past due on any obligations. Intermedia reserves the right to discontinue or change the terms of this Promotion at any time without notice. Intermedia further reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these terms.
