From day one, you will be working alongside other talented interns, you’ll partner with peers and work closely with leaders as you grow in your role. About the role:
We are looking to bring on a Client Services Training intern for a 10-week engagement starting June 14, 2021. Client Services Training is responsible for the enablement of our employee, partner and customer ecosystem, through formal training programs and digital knowledge articles primarily used for case deflection and just-in-time support. We are embarking on a journey to automate, modernize and transform Intermedia’s partner and customer Support experience using omni channels to share this knowledge in a more scalable manner. You’ll be at the forefront of a major Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation integrated with a knowledge management system (KMS).
You will gain a strong understanding of how curriculum development functions with a fast-moving software release cycle, and how tight collaboration with product management is critical to “ready” downstream teams like Implementations and Support., how critical a learning management system is for delivering curated learning plans to the right audiences.
This role is based in the United States – Remote.
What you will be doing:
- Day to day duties will be to ensure our digital assets are migrated within the framework of the new KMS, tagged for key word searches, localized and branded for each partner persona, region, go-to-market model, etc. for the highest relevance.
- Apply your UI/UE design skills to ensure customer touchpoints with the CRM/KMS are easy-to-use.
- Create release bulletins on the latest software features
- Learn agile methods and best-in-class tools for creating/updating training content
- Use a world-class learning management system to manage a fast-growing eLearning catalog
- Help organize knowledge and training assets as part of asset management
What you will bring to the role:
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Curriculum Design and Instruction or related field with a projected graduation date of 2021 or 2022.
- Experience working with e-learning tools
- Portfolio of curriculum development work from school projects or practical work experience
- Analytical, organizational, project management, and excellent communication skills.
