About The Role:

Are you seeking an impactful contracting role in an innovative company that is growing in a rapidly expanding market category?   Are you a detail-oriented program manager with the skills to collaborate with key stakeholders to roll out a new Channel Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform?  If you are, Intermedia can offer just the challenge you are looking for.  

We are a thousand-employee strong cloud communications company that serves over a million customers and 6,900 partners with business communications and data applications.  We are growing our channel infrastructure and introducing a new partner program with a new partner engagement platform.  We are seeking a Channel Marketing Operations Manager to help manage the implementation of the new platform in accordance with our partner program.

Our team is looking for a Channel Marketing Operations Manager with a focus on project/program managing the implementation of our partner relationship management platform called Intermedia All Access.  As a channel first company, our partner platform is critical in helping our partners to grow. We need a strong candidate who is a strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, channel marketing expert, and detailed program manager to collaborate with all the different departments in Intermedia and to lead the implementation and enablement of our partners with Intermedia All Access. We want someone who is smart, motivated, and who comes with the entrepreneurial spirit to roll up sleeves to get things done.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the marketing organization as well as key channel stakeholders (Sales, Product, Finance, Legal and Support). You will need to manage tight timelines and many moving parts from the time we announce the platform and program to when it is fully operationalized. 

What you will be doing:

Project Management of new Partner Relationship Management tool:

  • Become the focused program manager to drive deadlines and tasks to completion for Intermedia All Access
  • Work with key stakeholders to confirm business needs – collect input and feedback to review with Channel Management for implementations of Intermedia All Access
  • Lead daily project team meetings and weekly status reviews to channel management.
  • Manage content sheet that will be loaded into PRM 
    1. Create consistent naming convention for documents, determine which documents need to go into the PRM, for which partners, what can be co-branded and what tags would apply for content
    2. Transfer all organized content to team for bulk upload to PRM
  • Create and manage partner access sheet with partner information (first name, last name, email, company, partner type, phone number); ensure data is clean by verifying with stakeholders
  • Document detailed instructions on how to provide partners access going forward
  • Provide updates to internal stakeholders as applicable
  • Manage project and manage completion of milestones 
  • Work with brand team to help ensure consistent branding throughout PRM  
  • Provide internal and partner facing training collateral for PRM 
  • Create and manage PRM how-to documents
  • Work with marketing operations to help ensure dashboards are syncing properly between SFDC and the underlying platform
  • Work with product team to ensure partner workflows are planned for partners with access to PRM vs. those with only Sales Portal access (ensure a clean process and set-up is in place for future phases)Work with Channel Marketing, PR and Product Marketing management to organize announcement of new program elements ( Newsletters, Webinars, Call-downs, etc)
  • Establish business metrics reporting to connect PRM operations with direct business outcomes that drive growth for the company.

Operations:

  • Connect and drive the implementation of the new PRM platform
  • Help manage the introduction of the new Channel Partner Program
  • Work with channel partners on using Intermedia All Access (demonstrate use of campaigns, tour of tool, access to content)
  • Ensure new content is uploaded on time 
  • Managing MDF and SPIFF programs; to manage and pay partners and report results
  • Provide channel management team insights and ROI from marketing activities
  • Drive new workflows and processes to for maximum efficiency and compliance 
  • Work with field channel marketing managers to manage MDF disbursement and tracking for selected partners. 
  • Design and manage all PRM reporting
  • Work with marketing ops to run SFDC reports for business reporting

What you will bring to the role:

  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Detail-oriented program management and extremely organized (we want someone who will OWN a program that brings many people together with rapid development and delivery of a new program and tool)
  • Previous experience launching a partner relationship management program
  • Proficient in SFDC
  • A demonstrate track record of professionalism, grace under pressure, and consistent achievement of goals on time with excellence
  • In-depth experience on MDF management and SPIFF reporting
  • Channel partner marketing experience
  • Strong planner with a critical business thinking mindset (can bring problem with resolution to management)
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • In-depth Project and Program Management experience

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of  key PRM software a plus 
  • Experience with cloud IT, specifically in the Unified Communications space 
  • Digital marketing expertise
  • Certified in project management
