About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced mobile product manager that has a track record of delivering successful and delightful iOS and Android applications. You will be managing the product roadmap and direction for our AnyMeeting mobile product, as well as working directly with the engineering team, in SCRUM fashion.  You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the product’s strategy as well as being hands on in refining requirements, prioritizing features and scheduling releases. This position requires a strong leader with a vision – are you ready for it?

What you will be doing:

  • Work with senior management to identify the strategic direction for our mobile product and help determine priorities and roadmap
  • Lead project execution, plan & coordinate all phases
  • Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives
  • Identify key product requirements and use cases
  • Accurately document product requirements and collaborate with engineers and designers to translate those requirements into beautiful and usable products
  • Manage project scope, identify and resolve arising issues
  • Ensure the timely delivery of committed projects
  • Work directly with engineering teams to answer requirements questions and help find creative solutions
  • Work directly with UI/UX teams to create easy and delightful end-user experiences
  • Apply SCRUM Product Owner strategies to ensure engineering team is delivering the right features, on time
  • Assist marketing with positioning, messaging and communications in support of major releases.
  • Work with training teams to provide training to sales, customer service and partners, as needed, in support of feature and product releases.
  • Track metrics and analytics for our iOS and Android apps

What you will bring to the role:

  • Minimum 5 years of mobile product management experience, preferably with communications and collaboration technologies, especially video calling, video conferencing and VoIP calling
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working directly with software development teams delivering working products for large user bases on iOS and Android
  • Expert user of video conferencing tools like Zoom, GoToMeeting, WebEx, others
  • Strong experience with lean development methodologies / agile development process
  • JIRA and Confluence experience required
  • Experience with Analytics products like Heap, Firebase, Google Analytics, MixPanel, etc
  • Strong strategic thinker
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into easily digestible messaging – in English
  • Entrepreneurial, with strong ability to translate company strategy into great products that delight users and achieve business goals
  • Proven ability to lead teams that deliver releases to the market in a timely, agile manner 
  • Passion for the customer and exceptional user experience
  • High level of energy and self-direction; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team player
  • Plus: Coding experience
